Visiting rules

The Visiting Regulations define the conditions for safe and hygienic operation in all areas of the SAUNA-IN premises. By entering the premises, each client voluntarily accepts the provisions of these Visiting Regulations and undertakes to observe the instructions and measures of the responsible staff and employees of the operator.

1. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1.1 The SAUNA-IN complex is a relaxation and regeneration facility whose individual zones are intended for short-term rental to the general public.

1.2 Persons are prohibited from entering the premises:

• with a medical condition that precludes visiting relaxation facilities (saunas, whirlpools)

• in a drunken state, under the influence of addictive, narcotic or psychotropic substances

• in inadequate clothing, in dirty clothing, or in clothing that is obviously inappropriate or a public nuisance

• to whom the operator has issued a prohibition of entry

• persons under 15 years of age unaccompanied by a person over 18 years of age

1.3. SAUNA-IN employees and persons authorised by the operator (hereinafter referred to as “staff”) are entitled to ask the persons referred to in the preceding paragraph to leave the premises at any time. This also applies to clients whose behaviour disturbs or restricts other clients from the proper use of the SAUNA-IN premises or violates the Visiting Regulations. The client is obliged to immediately comply with the said request. If he/she fails to do so, he/she may be removed from the premises.

1.4. There is a strict no smoking policy throughout the entire premises.

1.5. Clients are obliged to use the facilities of the SAUNA-IN complex exclusively in the manner according to the purpose and purpose of the equipment and are obliged to behave in such a way as to avoid damage to the equipment or endangering their own health or the health of other clients.

1.6. Clients are also obliged to follow the instructions of the staff. While using and using the relaxation facilities, clients must behave in such a way that they do not endanger their health or the health of other clients and do not pollute the premises.

1.7. The Client shall always check in at the reception upon arrival, either by showing proof of permanent entry or by paying the relevant one-off entry fee, and will then be issued with a PIN code to unlock the specific private zone. The client is not entitled to claim a specific private zone, this is generated by the booking system.

1.8 Upon departure, the client shall report to the reception. The client is obliged to pay the invoiced price of the meals and services immediately upon delivery of the refreshments by credit card.

1.9. It is forbidden to bring any dangerous, especially flammable and chemical substances into the entire SAUNA-IN area. It is also completely forbidden to bring in any weapons or other dangerous objects. It is also forbidden to bring your own drinks and snacks into the premises.

1.10 The client is responsible for his/her personal belongings for the entire duration of the client’s stay at SAUNA-IN. The operator is not responsible for the personal belongings of the client.

2. VISITING HOURS

2.1. The visiting hours of the SAUNA-IN are marked in the entrance area of the reception and are always shorter than the opening hours. Clients and persons other than staff are only allowed to be on the SAUNA-IN premises during visiting hours. The operator is entitled to change the operating and visiting hours.                                                              

2.2. The whole or part of the premises may be closed due to sporting and private events, possibly due to repairs or sanitary days or for any other reason. Clients are informed of such a situation by e-mail, telephone or on the website www.sauna-in.cz. The date of any closure for the above reasons will be published on the website www.sauna-in.cz.

3. VISITING RULES FOR INDIVIDUAL ESTABLISHMENTS

3.1. SAUNA

The sauna is intended for regeneration and relaxation, so adapt your behaviour to this purpose. Clients are obliged to obey the instructions of the staff, who are responsible for observing the visiting rules.

The sauna is intended for healthy persons and each client enters the sauna aware of his/her current state of health and is there on his/her own responsibility.

  • Persons under the age of 15 are only allowed in the sauna if accompanied by a person over the age of 18. The accompanying person over the age of 18 is responsible for the person under the age of 15 for the duration of the stay.
  • Clients are obliged to behave in such a way as not to disturb other clients of the SAUNA-IN complex.
  • Before entering the sauna, wash with soap and take a shower.
  • Take off jewellery that can cause burns.
  • The length of stay in the sauna is individual. Adjust the length of stay to your current state of health. If you feel nauseous, you must leave the sauna immediately and inform the staff immediately.
  • After leaving the sauna, take a shower and then use the cooling pool or whirlpool. It is strictly forbidden to enter the cooling pool or whirlpool without taking a shower!
  • After cooling down, we recommend resting for 5-10 minutes and drinking at least 2 dcl of fluids.
  • After the last warming and cooling, we recommend resting for about 20-30 minutes.

Failure to follow these guidelines may put the client at risk of medical harm. Persons who violate these provisions may be removed from the premises without refund of admission fees.

3.2. VORTEX

A hot tub is designed for regeneration and relaxation, so adapt your behaviour to this purpose. Clients are obliged to obey the instructions of the staff, who are responsible for observing the visiting rules. The water depth in the jacuzzi is approximately 60 cm.

The whirlpool is intended for healthy persons and each client enters the whirlpool aware of his/her current state of health and is there on his/her own responsibility.

  • Persons under the age of 15 are only allowed in the hot tub when accompanied by a person over the age of 18. The accompanying person over the age of 18 is responsible for the person under the age of 15 for the duration of the stay.
  • No jumping in the hot tub.
  • Diving is not allowed while the hot tub is in operation.
  • The hot tub is not suitable for pregnant women and people suffering from cardiovascular, neurological and psychological diseases.
  • Due to the higher temperature of the water, the hot tub is not suitable for sensitive people whose health could be affected by the water temperature.
  • The recommended time in the whirlpool is about 15 minutes.
  • We encourage you to take extra care when entering and exiting the hot tub.
  • No items of any kind are allowed, including swimming equipment.
  • It is forbidden to endanger the safety of other users of the hot tub by your behaviour.

Persons who violate these provisions may be ejected from the premises without refund.
